感謝您的入住並遵守以下酒店守則！
 

入住和退房

  • 入住時間為下午3:00起。
  • 退房時間最遲為中午12:00。
  • 提早入住或延遲退房需視房間情況而定，將收取每小時HKD$100的額外費用。

押金

  • 辦理入住時需支付HKD$1000的押金。現金或信用卡授權支付皆可（Visa、Mastercardd、銀聯或American Express）。
  • 東房、南房及東南雙臥室海景複式套房的押金為HKD$2000。

禁煙政策

  • 所有房間均為禁煙房。如發現吸煙味或煙頭，將收取HKD$2000的專業清潔費，恕不另行通知。

禁帶物品

  • 房內禁止烹飪。
  • 酒店範圍內禁止攜帶榴蓮。違規，例如在酒店房間內食用榴蓮，將被罰款HKD$1000。

空調使用

  • 為保持空調系統最佳運作，請勿關閉空調或開窗。

損壞及賠償

  • 如發現房間設施或床單損壞或有污漬，將按照相應情況收取賠償費。

協助服務

  • 如需協助，請撥打0號聯絡前台。

Wi-Fi 連接

  • Wi-Fi網絡名稱：「Tung nam lou art hotel」，無需密碼。

房卡歸還

  • 退房時請將所有房卡交還至5樓前台，以完成退房程序。

服務安排

  • 根據香港法例第603章《產品環保責任條例》第81條，本酒店須遵從相關規定，並為保護環境及節能減碳盡一分力。敬請各位住客留意以下安排：
  1. 客房服務安排 - 凡入住2至3天之住客，職員每日只會進入客房整理床鋪及收集垃圾。如您需要額外打掃、更換毛巾／床單，或補充房間用品，請於當天中午12:00或之前致電前台預約安排。
  2. 即棄用品收費 - 所有一次性即棄用品（包括拖鞋及牙膏牙刷套裝），僅於入住時免費提供一次。其後如有額外需要，須另行付費購買，每件收費港幣10元正。
  3. 飲用水安排 - 酒店已停止提供塑膠樽裝飲用水。如有需要，可另行選購，費用為每樽港幣10元。

Thank you for staying with us and following the house rules below!

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onward.
  • Check-out time is by 12:00 PM at the latest.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and will incur a charge of HKD$100 per hour.

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit of HKD$1000 is required upon check-in. This can be paid in cash or authorized on a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, or American Express).
  • For the East and South Rooms and Signature Penthouse Duplex Suite, a security deposit of HKD$2000 is required.

No Smoking Policy

  • All rooms are non-smoking. If smoking odors or cigarette butts are found, a HKD$2000 professional cleaning fee will be charged immediately without further notice.

Prohibited Items

  • No cooking is allowed inside the guest rooms.
  • Durians are not allowed on hotel premises. A fine of HKD$1000 will be imposed for violations, such as consuming durian in hotel rooms.

Air Conditioning

  • To maintain optimal function of the air-conditioning systems, please do not turn off the air conditioner or open any room windows.

Damage and Compensation

  • If any room fixtures or linens are found damaged or stained, compensation fees will be charged accordingly.

Assistance 

  • For assistance, please dial 0 to contact the front desk.

Wi-Fi Access

  • Wi-Fi network: "Tung nam lou art hotel". No password is required.

Keycards

  • Please return all keycards to the 5/F front desk to complete your check-out process.

In-house Services

In accordance with Section 81 of the Product Eco‑responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603) of the Laws of Hong Kong, our hotel is required to comply with the relevant regulations and to do our part in protecting the environment and reducing carbon emissions. We kindly ask all guests to take note of the following arrangements:

1. Housekeeping Services
For guests staying 2 to 3 nights, our staff will enter the guestroom daily only to make the bed and collect rubbish. Should you require additional cleaning, towel/bed linen change, or replenishment of room amenities, please contact the Front Desk by 12:00 noon on the day to make the arrangement.

2. Charges for Disposable Items
All single‑use disposable items (including slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste sets) are provided free of charge once upon check‑in. Any extra requests thereafter will be subject to a charge of HK$10 per item.

3. Drinking Water
The hotel no longer provides plastic bottled water. If you wish to purchase bottled water, it is available at HK$10 per bottle.

禁止事項

  • 客室内での調理は禁止です。
  • ホテル敷地内へのドリアンの持ち込みは禁止です。客室内でドリアンを食べるなどの違反があった場合、HKD$1,000の罰金が科せられます。

空調について

  • 空調システムの最適な機能を維持するため、エアコンをオフにしたり、客室の窓を開けたりしないでください。

損傷および補償

  • 客室の備品やリネンに損傷や汚れが発見された場合、相応の補償料金を請求いたします。

キーカード

館内サービス

香港法例第603章「製品環境責任条例」第81条に基づき、当ホテルは関連する規制を遵守し、環境保護および二酸化炭素排出量の削減に取り組んでおります。以下の事項にご留意いただきますようお願いいたします。

1. ハウスキーピングサービス 2泊から3泊のご宿泊のお客様には、スタッフが毎日客室に入室し、ベッドメイキングとゴミの回収のみを行います。追加の清掃、タオルやベッドリネンの交換、客室アメニティの補充が必要な場合は、当日正午12時までにフロントデスクまでご連絡ください。

2. 使い捨てアイテムの料金について チェックイン時に、使い捨てアイテム（スリッパ、歯ブラシ・歯磨き粉セットを含む）を1回分無料で提供いたします。以降の追加リクエストにつきましては、1点あたりHK$10の料金を申し受けます。

3. 飲料水 当ホテルではプラスチックボトル入り飲料水の提供を停止しております。ボトルウォーターをご希望の場合は、1本HK$10でご購入いただけます。
